Chris arrived early, was very efficient and very kind. He talked me through the whole process of replacing my rotors and my brake pads, he even diagnosed my broken windshield wiper and directed me how to get it fixed in the most cost effective manner. Chris is great! Listened to my explanation of what was happening and test drove it so that he could experience the same issues I was having and then went to work checking into what could be causing the problem. After listing out what the possibilities could be he then suggested that we tackle them one at a time so that we don't change out parts that don't need to be, keeping my cost as low as possible but also fixing the problem.
