Patrick is a great guy and really knows his stuff. Yourmechanic.com rips you a new one on parts and labor but i guess you pay for not having the headache. I paid 370 labor for 3 hours and 255 for parts that go for 65 bucks on parksgeek.com and even cheaper on a few other sites but for original bmw parts it is 65 and they charged 255. Fyi. If it can wait a couple days, buy the parts first

Aron simply put; "is an excellent mechanic!" He shows up right on time, with a smile no less! He's open for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your vehicle, and then answers your questions thoroughly and clearly stated so that it's easy to understand! Then he jumps right in and "gets to it!" He's a professional and a "no nonsense type of individual" that seems to have a full scope of the European Motor Works Arena! Throughout the years, I have owned two Volvo's, 2 Mercedes, and 3 BMW's. With that being said; I have never felt so calm and confident about the work being performed, until my experience with Aron. He also is very detailed oriented! More explicitly; NOT needing additional parts, but perhaps in need of a "tightening, lube, or clean up"; he just does it! Best of all Aron does his job, in a timely manner! Although, prior to Aron leaving that day, he was sure to give me a "heads up" by giving me a forecast of what to expect and plan for future repairs, along with the maximum time that I should NOT exceed, prior to making my next recommended appointment!
