Very smart and hard working! Nice personality
Awesome Job Once again.
Christopher showed up on time and completed the AC system repair in what I found to be an amazing timeframe. He discussed the repair with me and didn't leave until he verified all was working correctly. Solid experience all around!
Chris showed up on schedule and got right to work. He had all the tools he needed to thoroughly and accurately diagnose my issue. I would ask for him specifically next time if I had another significant issue.
Chris did a great job! Makes sure everything is right before leaving and let's you know what might present a future problem. Very thorough!
Richard texted and called me asking if I was available at an earlier time than my 5pm appointment. He was here at about 2:05 and done changing my battery on my (notoriously difficult) 2013 Escape by 2:35. He happily took the time to answer a question I had about the work I had done from a previous YourMechanic tech, pet my dog for a few minutes, then left. Great service from a great technician - no issues have come up since, but it's only been 24 hours.
He was early, fast and very friendly. Very apologetic about not being able to assist me any further. Forwarded the bulletin for the recall on my car. I will for sure try to use him for future repairs. Thanks again
Hands down amazing service!
Where to start! He was right on time, very polite and very smart. He knew exactly what he was doing and I wouldn’t recommend any other mechanic.
Wally was fantastic. Car is running great. Wally is a kind gentleman. If all your mechanics are like Wally, than you have a great business. I look foward to working with you when my vehicle needs work. Love the idea that the mechanic comes to you.
Wally was great! He assessed the problem and fixed it correctly and explained in detail what was wrong and how he fixed it. It was a beautiful thing!
As it turned out the starter was not necessary but still I chose to leave it installed. The vehicle is nearly 20 years old with only 39,800. The battery was only 2 years old but the vehicle had sat for a long time, even though the battery had a "float charger" connected. The problem was in fact the REPORT OF THE BATTERY, VOLTAGE REGULATOR AND ALTERNATER WERE ALL OK, FROM ADVANCED AUTO PARTS COMPUTER ANALYSIS RESULTS!! That left the starter being recommended by them! When the vehicle would not start in the garage, "My Mechanic" was called. Wayne reviewed the computer print out results as well as saw a battery charger/starter system connected that still was unable to start vehicle. The vehicle was pushed out of garage into the driveway where Wayne removed and replaced the original starter. When trying to start, it did the same as before the new starter was installed! Wayne jumped started the vehicle with his vehicle and it started perfectly! Wayne offered to remove the new starter and replace the old one (for just the labor cost of $70) but realizing that starter was nearly 20 years old I chose to leave it installed. I went to BATTERIES + store, where they checked the battery that A.A.Parts just checked and they stated it has only 225 AMPS of cranking current power instead of the 550 AMPS the battery should have. New battery was installed by them, NO FURTHER PROBLEMS!! Buyer beware of what Advanced Auto Parts tells you, even with their computer equipment!!!!!!!!!!!!!
