We quickly settled on another day and one. He made sure documented the change, very quickly, in an email. Today, he called, as he was on his way, and was prompt. Once here, he reviewed what service we needed and why. Wally conversed readily and kept me informed. I feel totally comfortable recommending Wally to anyone.
