I thought the test ride was a added with the services rendered. He was very courteous with the Q&A's that I put him through. At my first visit, Tony explained that he could make the needed repairs but that I would be better off going directly to the dealer. After taking his advice, the repairs needed were covered at 100%, due to one of Toyota's class action lawsuits. I appreciate that he gave me honest advice, even though he could have easily sold me into doing the repairs himself. He has checked on my cars twice now, and both times he gave me good advice on saving money and proper ongoing maintenance. (Side note: After speaking with him, I learned that he also buys, sells and fixes cars. In addition, he was formally trained as an engineer and can pretty much take apart and put anything back together. I feel very lucky to have met someone that knowledgeable to help with our family vehicles). Thank you, Tony!
