Originally, I was scheduled to work with another mechanic, who is no longer available with YourMechanic. I was told that Josh would be taking over the work on my Mercedes, but that I would have to wait a week for his next available appointment. My first experience with Josh was a very positive one. He is very professional, upbeat and friendly. He arrived early, explained the issue at hand very well and was very clear and concise about next steps. He found that my original mechanic only found part of the problem with my car, not the whole issue. So he comped the labor and parts from his visit and scheduled a follow up appointment with me to install the final part and complete the job. Thank you very much, Josh!

He arrived on time for my schedule appointment. Yesterday I had our cadillac schedule for a 1000 oil change at Firestone,they kept me waiting for 4 hours. Tony was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things in detail, showed me the worn parts and the consistency of the fluids that needed replacing. At my first visit, Tony explained that he could make the needed repairs but that I would be better off going directly to the dealer. After taking his advice, the repairs needed were covered at 100%, due to one of Toyota's class action lawsuits. I appreciate that he gave me honest advice, even though he could have easily sold me into doing the repairs himself. He has checked on my cars twice now, and both times he gave me good advice on saving money and proper ongoing maintenance. (Side note: After speaking with him, I learned that he also buys, sells and fixes cars. In addition, he was formally trained as an engineer and can pretty much take apart and put anything back together. I feel very lucky to have met someone that knowledgeable to help with our family vehicles). Thank you, Tony!
