Also it was very refreshing to be able to talk to the mechanic while correcting the problem. After correcting the problem he test drove the vehicle in which I appreciated. Tyler did good work. Be was friendly and courteous. BUT...Even though he texted me 20 minutes before my appointment time to tell me that he was on his way, he was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Maybe there were legitimate traffic problems, but in the 1:35 between his initial text and his arrival, I should have received updates on ETA.

First time using this service and it did not disappoint. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled with Franky and he was EXCELLENT. I work overnight and sleep during the day and Franky was very considerate. He contacted me on his way, let me know when he arrived and worked on my car while I slept. After he was finished he explained all that was done and what I may need before the brutal Chicago winter approaches. He was professional and efficient and I will be referring him and YourMechanic to others.

Franky is a very professional mechanic. He greeted me upon his arrival and explained what the job entailed. He took some pictures of the vehicle and logged all the necessary information into the system. He was very detailed oriented and double checked and ensured all of the information required was complete. He rolled up his sleeves and worked quickly and diligently. I was impressed on how fast he rotated the tires and the oil change. I highly recommend Franky as a mechanic and will be requesting Franky in the future for any other mechanic work needed.

I booked Robert about an hour and half ahead of time to go see a car I wanted to buy. I wasn't there but Robert made sure to call me to find out who to coordinate with once he got there. He asked about my main concerns first. He was very professional and courteous. He did a very thorough pre-purchase inspection and could elaborate on all the issues I brought up and tested even the convenience items like the sunroof which I didn't think to check in the winter (almost spring). He takes thorough voice notes which are helpful to reference. He called me right after the inspection to discuss all issues and even could throw his two cents in there about how much the car may be worth considering the fixes required. He's honest and won't encourage you to buy a car that needs a lot of work unless it's for a good price. Robert was extremely helpful in my car buying process.
