He is friendly and very knowledgeable. What he did not know due to our vehicle being converted he said he would look into it and get back to us. Better to be accurate than to assume the wrong thing. He even answered all of our questions and we had a lot with making us feel inferior. We were not sure we were going to call your co again because the first time around did not go so well. Herron is a huge asset for tour co. Never let him go!
