Rusty was already at the location well ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He performed the inspection of the vehicle in a timely and systematic manner. He did explain that he did not have expertise to determine potential body issues (which was really my primary requirement) but he made an effort to look for those the best he could and identified questionable items (wax/paint issues).
