Service absolutely on Point!! Thomas confirmed the root cause of my starter issues before swapping it out and testing that the issues was fully resolved. Benjamin had to reschedule the first appointment, which happens. Not a big deal at all. When he did come for the rescheduled appointment, he was apologetic, courteous and quick. Probably took him 30 minutes to swap out the serpentine belt and give my car a once over. Had some suggestions but didn’t try to hard sell me on anything.
