Explained the problem and what the damaged part was supposed to do and why the car was running like it was. Got the part, installed it, and had me running in less time than the regular appointment time. He has a great personality and I have already a co worker a link to his profile. If the work Chris put in on this appointment was the only deciding factor for this review, it would be 5 stars. The Wrench/YourMechanic's administration would, on the other hand, get 1 star. My appointment was re-scheduled 3 times (2 for a wrong part order which was hard to understand as the vehicle VIN was provided at the initial scheduling session and once because the technician (not Chris) was unavailable for the selected time (even though I choose any qualified mechanic for the repair)). Not to mention the fact that the cost of the appointment was raised by over $100 the day before Chris' scheduled visit due to the aforementioned parts debacle. Chris did an outstanding job and was able to lower the price of the required repairs. But even at this late date my bank account was pre-authorized for the incorrect amount, something that was not mentioned in the initial contract. Overall I would recommend Chris for any repair job, but would not recommend The Wrench/YourMechanic as a business to rely on for transparent dealings.

Kelly was great! I was in town for work and he was able to get to me quicker than any other shop and diagnosed the problem in a short time so I was not stranded away from home. He did a thorough inspection to be sure else was wrong and didn't give me a run around like a dealer would have.

I had a great experience with Ruy. He explained everything to me when I had questions. All the work was completed within the time given. I love the fact pictures were taken of my car , including new parts and old parts. Everything attached to the invoice.
