Raul was great! He arrived 10 minutes early and got right to work. He confirmed the issue (I had a previous diagnosis from another mechanic shop) and replaced the axle shaft. My usual mechanic wanted me to pay $200 more for the same service. The other mechanic shop told me I needed new tires, which Raul confirmed. Excellent service!
