Tien showed up early, which was nice and surprising. He was very nice and friendly. Tiens very informative, detailed and knowledgable. He surpassed any mechanic I've ever met. It was a very good experience. Tien is very good troubleshooter. The only problem that I had was the timeliness he was about 45 minutes late for our appointment although options were given to track his progress.

Amor did an excellent job! He is good at explaining what the job entails and very methodical and detail-oriented as he works on the problem. I was a bit disappointed though that it took a week to finish the job but that was probably beyond his control due to availability of parts. Overall, more kudos to Amor!! Thank you.
