My first time using this app/service and Chris was assigned to my appointment scheduled for 6pm but received a phone saying he could come earlier which was great! Chris did way more work than expected for what was supposed to be a much more simple job, removing and reinstalling the radiator and fan to get to the troubled crank harmonic balancer. Chris went completely above and beyond making sure everything was back together and clean and working before finishing the job. Definitely will be recommending Chris to family and friends. Carlos showed up at EXACTLY our appointment time, finished the job promptly, and walked me through the different questions that I had. I had my spark plugs replaced and had the throttle body cleaned out. Ended up paying about $280. This was comparable to what I was quoted at different auto shops, but with the added convenience that I could stay home with my newborn baby. The ONLY downside is that when I called customer support to talk about my invoice, I was very obviously given some people in India with no energy and no problem solving skills. Seemed to just read off a script. but Carlos was awesome and helped me out greatly. I will be booking him for my next service if possible

Manuel arrived with a positive attitude, introduced himself, and gave me his card. He quickly began to work on our Jeep that had the check engine light on. He began his diagnostic, assessed the engine section by section and within 15 minutes had discovered what AAMCO could not in the 10 hours they had our vehicle. The PCV hose with a significant hole. He quickly found the part at our local Jeep dealership, and within minutes had replaced the hose and cleared the check engine light. I can't tell you how impressed my husband and I were (and relieved) that we found Your Mechanic. We highly recommend Manuel Sanches and Your Mechanic. They are true to their word and come to you wherever you are. The cost was hundreds of dollars less than quoted by other "professionals." Total cost: $80 for the diagnostic and $22 for the PVC hose compared to over $200 from AAMCO. My husband is looking forward to having his truck worked on next!

I made an appointment to have my brake rotors/disc replaced. On the day I scheduled my car services- it ended up raining. Willie checked in, moved my appointment, and continued to communicate through out the day until he was able to come work on my car. He took great car to make the repairs ANNNDDD SAVED ME MONEY by only doing what was necessary (only one of the rotors needed replacing). A blessing.
