Daniel arrived 15 mins before the appointment so he would be set up and ready. I was impressed with how professional and courteous he was the whole entire time he was here. He inspected the car from bumper-to-bumper. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. He was very knowledgeable and he didn't make me feel stupid for any question I asked. and sometimes that's hard to find in a mechanic. this was the first time I've ever had someone come to my home for car repairs and it was great.
