Anthony arrived at the appointed time, part in hand. After completing a comprehensive electronic diagnostics and a physical inspection of my 2006 Explorer, he changed the part. He's a fine technician and, in my opinion, a fine man. I would be pleased to trust my car to him any time it needs work.
