He came out and inspected the car. He was nice and honest about what needs to be done. The original appointment was to change the struts but I didn't have my wheel locks so he couldn't do anything. Great service on his part.

Emmette did a great job changing the oil pump, timing belt and water pump on my 2001 Avalon. Unfortunately due to the age and milage (200k) of the vehicle, several problems presented themselves (including broken bolts, manifolds/compressor interference) . Emmette's experience and dedication shined as the job was eventually completed successfully. He arrived early, pre-coordinated with me, and kept me posted on progress. I'm impressed with his work, his expertise, his dedication and will certainly be asking for him again.
