I booked the appointment to check whether my local auto shop was being truthful about my transmission leak, since it started right after they did a chemical flush(don't do it!). Pete arrived a bit late due to being thorough on a previous job (my appointment was late afternoon), that's OK. He used jack stands to safely lift my car for inspection in the driveway. Took pictures of the underside of the transmission to show me the source of the leak. He is very knowledgeable about older vehicles' automatic transmissions, and he took time to answer all my questions.
