Alex was wonderful! He is funny and warm and explained everything he checked :) He called us the day before our appointment to see is we wanted him to come that night imstead- so glad he did! It saved us a whole lot of time the next day and the service call to our house was half the price that the dealership was going to cost and he was much more accomodatimg and efficient than the dealership.
