He has great sense of ownership which makes huge impact on customer service. For example, he was running late which is not surprising given the traffic in East Bay on Friday afternoon but he called me and explained which made things lot easier for me and not have to keep waiting for him. He spent decent amount of time testing, checking and made two test runs. Overall the mobile mechanic experience was quiet convenient, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and neighbors!
