What a great person. Very good and fast service. I thought it was my starter (clicking when starting) but Chris was spot on when he said it was only a dead (like 6 feet under dead) battery. Mr. Terrence did an excellent job diagnosing the source of the engine noise I was hearing. After examining my vehicle thoroughly and performing some tests, he explained that my recently replaced power steering pump was making a noise that a brand-new power steering pump should not be making. Mr. Terrence spoke to me in plain language I could understand. He recommended I return the new pump to the repair shop that sold it to me and ask for a replacement at no cost. He also encouraged me to get back in touch with Your Mechanic if I needed further diagnostics or repairs. Thank you, Mr. Terrence!
