The experience was great. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He took steps to ensure the battery was actually dead and then made short work of removal of the old battery and installation of the new one. Chris proceeded to perform checks of various other areas and advised me that I was low on coolant (something that was supposed to have been taken care of by another mechanic approximately two weeks ago). Chris was very professional throughout the visit and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of these services.
