Brian was cool! I thought by describing the service needed that work would be completed on the spot. I figured it had something to do with the insides of the car door. Most places diagnose, give you time to figure if work can be completed then maybe subtract the diagnosis fee from the work. This was a waste of my time. Won't use again.
