Tavariss was polite and knowledgeable. Replaced the starter in no time. Figured out that wasn't the problem but that WAS NOT Tavariss fault. (Self diagnosis). He made suggestions on what the problem could be and recommended I have a diagnostic test done before moving forward. Good advice. The only issue I had was arrival time. I am a stickular for being on time. Was over an hour late with no prior communication that he would not arrive on time. That was my only issue with this appointment.

Tavaris was great. I was not home when he arrived to replace the starter, My wife was. He arrived on time. The Jeep was parked on an incline in the driveway. He was still able to put the starter on, with out jacking the car. He did a great job!

Tarvis was nice and polite, but arrived late. The wrong job was performed on my car, but it wasn't his fault. He did the job fast alghough it was the wrong issue. This company as a whole is not holding up their part. I was charged before the wrong job was completed. I was refused a refund, so I did a dispute with my bank. I will not use this company again.
