Prompt, fast, and professional service!
He arrived when he said would. Everything was cleaned and you would not even know he was there.
Here is my biggest issue with the mechanic. He did not take the Acadia for a test drive after he worked on it. If he would have, he would have seen that the warning bells and two different dashboard light warnings went off within about a minute of driving. So when this happened I immediately turned around and stopped driving. Then I called customer service at your mechanic and explained the issue. They said someone would need to inspect it, I said fine because I knew it was related to the work that the mechanic Germaine Scruggs did on the Acadia. Later sometime between when the other mechanic (Scott Bradshaw) come out to inspect the warranty and my contact to customer service, apparently the mechanic put a note in that I needed to get the vehicle aligned which I know he said, but he also said in there something about not disconnecting any sensors. The issue I had with that was I never was alerted that the mechanic said that otherwise I would have canceled the warranty service. Anyway when the other mechanic showed up to the to do warranty check he said it was not related. This is crazy it's a one in a million chance that it was not related. So anyway later on that day I took it and got the alignment done and the warning lights went off so it was totally related. Again if the mechanic would have took it to for a test drive he would have seen this and I would have never been charged $154 inspection because I would have understood the issue. Issue 2: I was quoted to have both lateral links replaced and only one was replaced but was still charged full price. Issue 3: on the 50 point inspection I don't think that was done even though it was filled out. Because it says no check engine lights but if you look at the picture clearly the check engine light is on.
