Scott showed up on time and installed a water pump and belt very proficiently and was very thorough in his work. Even though the temperature was high, Scott continued with install and diagnosis. Patrick was a savior to me! He called me prior to our appointment to clarify my notes on my car repair. He wanted to make sure he had a certain tool with him.
