Carlos was right on time, which is the first point of professionalism. He was able to diagnose the vehicle and was desirous of getting us up and running without suggesting extra items that need attention, but won't prevent the vehicle from running. We booked another appointment with him for future work. We were very pleased with him as a person and his knowledge of the vehicle (1987 Buick Skyhawk). Definitely would use this service again as long as Carlos is available.
