This was my first time using YourMechanic so I was a little hesitant. But Richard was absolutely awesome. I'll probably request him for future auto appointments. He was here on time for the appointment (in fact a bit early!), and did the job in 40 minutes. All while I was able to get some work done at home. Is this the next big thing in the DMV?
