Brandon was nice and knowledgeable about the spark plugs and spark plug wires he replaced. Showed up on time and completed the task within the time he said he would. He also gave several good recommendations on things that need to be addressed in the future but was not pushy about it. Overall great guy and mechanic.

I would say this was the absolute BEST experience I've had in my life with a mechanic. A local car repair shop in Raleigh (autohaus) that specializes, in foreign cars, tried to swindle me with an $1080 brake job, claiming rotors needed to be replaced, and that brakes only had 25% life. This was two months before Brandon came and this was an absolute LIE. Brandon called me to the garage and showed me everything, and said brakes had 60 % life!! I was pissed. He left me with an invoice for....$70. Solid guy that you'd invite for a beer. Oustanding ethics. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Go see Brandon at your mechanic and don't get swindled!

Showed up on time, worked very hard to replace the alternator which was in a very tough to get spot, and was very friendly. Kim also delt with a very rude owner who complained about the car being there while he worked on it. Kim however was very professional and continued to work on the car as needed.

Matt provided very good service. He confirmed the apt a day before and came to site 10min prior. There was one nut that was bit rusted gave him some trouble but he make sure he removed safely and installed the sweybar. Very professional and dependable.
