Victor showed up earlier that scheduled (he did call first to make sure it was ok) and he didn’t make me feel stupid when I explained what was going on and what I had been told needed replacing, he did run another test just to verify that what I said needed replacing was the only thing that needed replacing (and let me know it was.) Fast and Friendly, I had my doubts about the company (that’s a whole other post) but have NO DOUBT that Victor knows what he is doing and loves doing it.
