Nick was EXTREMELY thorough and had a great, easy to understand way of explaining what he found. The only reason I didn't give him a 5th star was because his comments, audio recordings and photos told a different story than the mostly Very Good rating he provided on things like fluid conditions, which verbally he described as Poor. I used his report to return a used car from a dealership. They weren't sure what to make of the discrepancy in ratings vs. comments either. Is this a training issue, a CYA issue or something else?

I had two service visits from Johnny, first to get an inspection of the brakes and car, second to perform work needed on brakes and other areas. Both times Johnny arrived early (not too early, just enough to be more than prompt) which I really appreciated. Both visits he was very fast and efficient, very professional easy to communicate with and understand. I am very impressed with this service person and the company. It really helped me out to get this work done at my home. The price seemed very fair.
