Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car. Had to have my Hyundai Santa Fe towed home on Sunday, May 28. I was advised that the issue was the “starter” and it needed to be replaced. We only have one car and this is Memorial Day weekend so most garages were not open. So searched “mobile mechanics” and based on the reviews I chose Your Mechanic and was able to schedule an appointment next day on Memorial Day. I found the communication to be excellent and the cost to complete the work was also reasonable considering I didn’t have to get the vehicle to a garage another day. On day of scheduled appointment I received a reminder and updates that he was on his way and was also provided with a map showing me his location. When John arrived, he was friendly, courteous and professional! He also provided some additional quotes for other maintenance and services. I would recommend John and will request his service when booking again!

Simon arrived early after having to battle rain on the way. He alerted his arrival to me by calling. He was very efficient and finished under an hour. He explained what he had done and headed on out; neat, sweet, complete.
