David was great. He replaced my bad alternator in no time and provided me with a list of recommended services that I would need on my truck. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Lavell was wonderful to work with, I booked an appointment first thing in the morning and he was prompt and professional from the start. I initially booked an appointment to assess my check engine light, and he went above and beyond in not only diagnosing that issue, but also diagnosing an entirely separate issue that had to do with my coolant hoses. He worked with me to determine a schedule of repairs that would work within my budget, and also identify those services/repairs I could safely delay for the time being. I greatly appreciated his understanding and expertise in helping me navigate these issues, and am looking forward to working together as we continue addressing all of the items on my list!
