Over my career I've worked as a mobile mechanic, at independent repair shops, and as lead technician for a vehicle fleet. Keith was very polite and professional in determining the problem with the wiper blade on our van. Instead of our windshield wiper motor needing to be replaced it was the arm causing the problem. He temporarily fixed the arm so the wiper blade could be used until he returned to replace the arm.

Awesome mechanic. He called me as soon as I booked my appointment let me know when he was going to be there called me when he was on the way.
