Over my career I've worked as a mobile mechanic, at independent repair shops, and as lead technician for a vehicle fleet. If I could give Keith 10 Stars I would. He was very professional and made sure I was informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle . Keith was great! Customer service for this company is lacking to say the least. Was originally quoted $162 then because of the vehicle make, model and year the quote went up to $465. When all said and done I paid $529. Again, not Keith’s fault. Customer service told me that someone was supposed to call me to explain that this repair my cost more based on parts needed but nobody called. Great mechanic with not so great company.
