Robert was able to arrive ahead of schedule which allowed more time for the repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the option to do the repair myself or have him do it. This saved the expense of having the car towed to a dealer or auto shop for repairs.

I was very pleased with Nicholas I told him of the issues I was encountering (originally a starter problem) , it turned out to be a battery issue which was replaced last May by another mechanic from the same company. Nicholas quickly went and picked up a new battery ( no charge because it was still under warrenty) and had it installed ,(damn Chryslers) the engine fired up multiple times , and he went about finishing the other services. he was very informative and personable I would highly recomend Nicholas and will certainly request him on any future business with YOUR MECHANIC.
