Joseph was really great. He ended up coming earlier and was very patient with me. My card was having some issues. He told me my car problem was the battery and charged me for the battery even though I put the problem was my alternator through the website. The price dropped $200 lower than what I expected. I appreciate how honest, patient, and helpful he was. I'm really glad I chose this website. (It's difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic)

It was a pleasure to have Ryan as my mechanic. Ryan took the time to diagnose the real issue with my car rather then just do the work I asked for. Turns out I didn't need new O2 sensors and it was just a loose hose that need to be put back in place. This saved me over $100.00. I couldn't be more satisfied!!!

It was a great experience, I will be using him again. All my friends wanted to know his name and number. They could not believe he came to the house. So, many said, I love it, it beats sitting in some dirty waiting room drinking lukewarm coffee. Everybody wanted to know the name and the service. He is very knowledgeable and my car runs like a champ. So happy. He needs a bonus, plus he was so fast! This guy is a keeper!!!!!! Can't rave enough. Give him a raise!

Steve same back the next day for a totally different repair I asked him to do. When I went out side to see how it was going he was just cleaning up. He replace the rear left wheel bearing for me. One again I have nothing but praise for Steve and the job he does.

Benjamin was fine. However this company charged me $150 to tell me something I already knew. I wanted the alternator checked and I'm sure I put that in my service request. I already knew my battery and starter were fine. I didn't need someone to charge me $150 to tell me my battery was fine. If you people knew you couldn't check the alternator you should never have come out nor charged me. Unsatisfied with the service but Benjamin was an OK dude.

Kenneth was timely, friendly and did a great job. He was conversational and knowledgeable regarding my particular issue. However, YourMechanic.com IS NOT a service I would recommend nor use again. I would go into the reasons why I feel this way, but I don't think the comment section for the mechanic (who I don't take issue with AT ALL) is the place to sound off. Therefore, YourMechanic.com will be receiving a detailed letter from me expressing my anger and outrage.

Kenny was great and informed me that the previous fuel pump replacement (done by Joseph of YourMechanic in November of 2018) had failed. Luckily, that failed part and service were under warranty and I was not charged for having Kenny come out an additional time to replace the faulty part. I would absolutely use Kenny again privately. But YourMechanic.com has lost my business.

Tony was great. He was on time and he was friendly and professional. I thought I needed my brake pads replaced, but he looked at them and said they stil had a lot left on them . He said that he could replace them then, but suggested I wait until I have my brakes looked at. This saved me money. He found a more serious problem with my power steering and set me up for a follow up appointment. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me, who doesn't know much about cars. I would definitely recommend him.
