Hello. To start, do the gauges on the dashboard still function? If so then the issue is relating only to the lights. An issue with the lights can include the bulb, the fuse, or the power supply. The fuse may be blown and will need a replacement, the bulb may be burned out and will need a replacement, or the power supply has been shorted out or disconnected. A power supply issue can be a short, a loose wire, a disconnected wire, or a blown fuse. The best way to diagnose the issue is to access the listed components and check them. The fuse and the bulb both can be visually inspected for a good filament. The short may have to be traced with a voltmeter.
