Good Afternoon, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Chrysler. i know how frustrating it can be to deal with a loss of power. What computer component was replaced? Are there currently any codes stored?

This was what was replaced, we purchased it from flasmaters.com I don't know what codes are showing yet, checking codes was going to be our next step since the battery died while we were waiting for the part to arrive and it couldn't be recharged by a simple jump

okay good, it was programmed which was my next question. check those codes to see what is setting but if the vehicle is dying after the jumper cables are removed we most likely have an issue with a very weak battery or the charging system not keeping it charged up. verify that when running you have higher than 12 volts at the battery, should be around 14.6 for a good alternator. if its under that you are likely dealing with a bad alternator which can cause all of these other issues.

The voltage readings wouldn't go above 12-13 volts to the battery
