I just purchased a 2015 Tahoe and drove it off the lot only to discover the interior lights flashing every time I pushed on the brakes. It even did it when I put on my left turn signal. I noticed someone else had asked about the same issue and that it was a recall. I'm hoping I can call my salesman Monday and get it fixed, but I'm preparing for the opposite. I was wondering if you knew how much it cost to get it fixed?

Hi there. It really depends on what the source of the electrical glitch is; which will determine the repairs needed. I’d wager that the issue is an electrical fault with the brake switch that is causing this. However, since you purchased the vehicle from a dealership, you should be provided with consumer protection and rights to return a vehicle with electrical issues. I wouldn’t worry too much about the dealership trying to charge you for these repairs. Remember as a consumer, you have rights.
