Ok, if cleaning the throttle doesn't help, you likely are going to need to replace it with a new one. If you have a volt meter you can also test to make sure you are getting the proper voltage to the TAC on the throttle. Usually though if cleaning doesn't solve it, replacement is required. There is an off chance there could be an issue with the computer but that's not very common.

I have researched and the problem I have seen to be the most accurate is a bad throttle position sensor

The TPS is a possible cause for the P2119 code, not the P2135, it is worth trying the TPS, but most of the time the code is the result of a bad throttle body that's stuck closed because the motor isn't working properly.

Okay. They were both reading. Then I cleaned the throttle body and now the light is back on again. So maybe I should read what this light is to determine the problem

It won't hurt, I am thinking you might have a misfire issue going on. It might not be in failsafe just having a loss of power due to a misfire. If cleaning it did help it for a bit.

I am saying if cleaning the throttle helped with the original codes, you should check the codes again to see if they are the same ones or not.
