Hey honey. Yes I have a 2014 Chevy equinox and the gauges are not working on the dash. Fuel, rpms, speedometer and I have changed all the fuses that I assume go to it and I have tried to trace down the ground wire but am not sure where it's located and I'm just a single lady and I don't have any man to help me so do you have any suggestions as to what else I can do before having to pay a mechanic?
Mechanic's Assistant: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Yes
Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Equinox yourself? What have you tried so far?
I replaced all 3 that said instrument panel fuse block and yes I am trying to fix it myself
Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
No that's good

Hi, my name is\*\*\*\*\* to justanswer. I will be assisting you with your question this evening.
I am sorry that you are having difficulties with your vehicle and I will do my best to help you out.
Did this issue with the gauges happen all at once, or slowly over time?
**\*\*As far as phone calls, If you didn't request it, it is most likely the Website prompting you, not me. A Live Call is a "Premium Service" and will cost more money. I prefer communicating via this site, but in some cases a phone call may be recommended.\*\***

I've replaced 3 fuses under the hood that said instrument panel fuse block 1, 2 & 3 and I also attempted to find the ground wire. It's a front wheel

Okay, so there appears to be no technical service bulletins published from GM about this concern.
There are also two fuses in side the vehicle that control the IPC as well. Did you by chance check them? They are located in the instrument panel fuse block, right center of dash. IPC BATT Fuse 10a and IPC IGN Fuse 5a.

I hate to say it but, If the fuse and connections seem okay it will be the cluster itself that needs replacement which is common.

You are very welcome. Take a look at that schematic I sent you. It has ground wire information as well.
Best of luck with your vehicle, and thanks for using just answer.
