Very polite and respectful, explained everything to me fully when I asked before completing any work and when I changed my request to add something and it didn't come in to him he went out of his way to get it

One of the parts needed to service the brakes was missing, but he quickly found another solution, and was able to finish the job as if the problem never existed. He was very competent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
