Andrew was very professional, alerted me on estimated time to location and was very knowledgeable with breakdown of issue and repairs needed.

Andrew fixed the issue diligently and stood by to make sure nothing was missed and all outstanding problems didn’t return.

I was concerned when Andrew told me that the new windshield wiper motor I bought for him to install would not turn on. Andrew then went into "diagnostic" mode and determined that the problem was not the motor..but a faulty relay!!! Prior to calling YourMechanic the problem was diagnosed as a bad motor by a different mechanic. I was impressed by Andrew's competence, knowledge and determination to figure out the problem!! And now I can see in the rain again!! :-)
