Bryan replaced my break pads a few days ago, and they seem to be performing great. This was my first time using, Your Mechanic, and he answered several of my questions about what to expect. Also, he patiently addressed several questions I had about maintenance issues unrelated to my break pads. I really appreciated that last part, and that advice is something I would not expect to get at a garage or with a mechanic rushing to finish the job.
