I'm very happy with Fernando and Your mechanic. I plan on being a repeat customer and getting service for the items needing maintenance. I've had many disappointing experiences with shops and other mobile mechanic. In fact the reason for this service call was because the previous mobile mechanic that replaced my alternator in September didn't do quality work. In 2 1/2 months the alternator was loose. Punctual with arrival time. He did not provide any feedback on the 50-point inspection other than what was written in the report, thus I didn't have opportunity to ask more details into some items to better understand the possible issue.

I wasn't able to be onsite for the alternator replacement, however Rich was able to get everything done pretty quickly and communicated well as to the diagnosis and timeline (arrived, working on it, fixed). Many thanks to him!! Without his help, we wouldn't have a working vehicle!!

Rich came out as scheduled, even though I wasn't able to be present (left the key with a family member. He diagnosed the car and fixed what he could at the time (battery). I'll be trying to schedule again soon for an alternator..thank you!
