On time, very efficient in checking and then changing the battery out,. He ran into a nest of wasps or some other stinging, flying nuisance bugs under the hood of the second car, so he rescheduled that one but had me pick up the battery that vehicle needed so he can just come back and install it when the flying stingers are gone. This was easy and took only the time needed. It was a pleasure.

Al was able to replace the part, which was the easy part for him, but failed to get to keep the car running and idling at the proper idle setting. Therefore the car still does not run correct where I am able to drive it or move it.
