I have been working on vehicles since 1989. I am factory certified master technician and familiar with all makes and models. I have also been and aircraft mechanic for the US Air Force since 1988. I spent 4 years active duty and have been a reservist ever since. In June of 2019 I celebrated 31 years in service of our great country! I am able to draw from my vast years of experience to get to the root cause of concerns and save you both time and money on your needed repairs. I pride myself with being able to explain to my customers in terms that are easy to understand what exactly is going on with their vehicle. I take the time to outline all the options for getting your vehicle back on the road in quickest time frame and for the least amount of money out of your pocket. I inform my customer about all the services and repairs that may need to be done in the future so that they can make informed decisions on how to proceed with any repairs. Bill is a top notch mechanic. He was so very professional, friendly, knowledgable & efficient. Though after coming out the 1st time he found something else wrong showed it to me & explained what needed to happen, YourMechanic put my new appointment out 9 days but bill called as soon as the parts were ready & asked if he could come that day. He came out fixed everything but the great thing about him was that on his last visit our gate had blown off the hinges Bill took time to put some screws in my gate so that I could get it open & shut. I will definetly be using Bill again. As for customer service with Your Mechanic on the phone NOT great. I work in customer service & felt they fail in this department.
