Paul was very professional, arrived on time, noticed that a better battery was available for our car (which also saved us money) and he quickly went and picked up new battery and had it installed in a flash (everything complete in roughly 45 minutes, including picking up the new battery). Paul gave us a lot of confidence we had the right person working on our car and he was very nice and explained all that he was doing. Highly recommend - hope to have Paul again on my next job!

Paul was excellent. I would highly recommend him -- very honest and efficient. I thought we had an expensive repair (alternator or starter) on our hands since we just had the battery replaced 3 months back, but Paul quickly diagnosed the issue to be a short in the battery. He got our car started, and I was able to drive over to the local auto parts store to have the battery replaced under warranty.
