Was a bit late, outside of the window, but it was raining and had been raining so I'm sure that backed him up. Once he got there was awesome fixed the problem in and out, texted me when he was done so I could come out. Bing, bam, boom. Appreciate it!

Simon arrived on time, ready to work. I booked two services, however my 02 sensors were seized which requires heat to remove. Even though Simon was unable to complete the service, choosing caution over just proceeding and possibly causing more damage, he gave me great advice on what needed to be done. Simon inspected my coolant leak and Simon also gave me great advice about my exhaust manifold resonator upon visual inspection while trying to replace my 02 sensors. Overall I'm happy to know at least some of my issues with the car, instead of being in the dark.

Simon was assigned to my case because i needed my brake drums replaced and brake fluid changed also my cylinder was leaking in my drum. Price was fair and cheaper than dealership price. Appointment was at 11pm and Simon got to me at 3:00pm. He kept me updated about my appointment because i did ask him to add a service on so we had to wait till the piece arrived . Other than that it went great not sure how the breaks are supposed to feel but i do see new brake drums. I would recommend his service.

Eric did a fantastic job replacing the serpentine belt on my 10-year-old VW Jetta. He arrived early and quickly completed the job ahead of time. He left my driveway looking cleaner than when he arrived. Would most definitely recommend to other car owners!

This is the 2nd time I've had Brian work on my 2004 Jetta, No complaints he did another Fantastic Job. I am very satisfied with his work and will surely use again when the need arises. This is a definite time saver and the convenience of being home and not sitting in a shop or needing a ride to and from the shop really makes a difference.

Answers to common Volkswagen questions

Suspension up front makes a ton of noise, creaks
Answered by Jay
The front suspension has many moving parts which could cause the noise you describe. The most likely cause is the sway bar links binding. They can be inspected by turning the suspension steering and bouncing the car up and down,...
Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
