From the moment I was in contact with Chris, I felt very at ease, and confident that he was going to fix my problem. He suggested a few things before the actual appt, I was going to be a few minutes late and he was very accommodating to that. When I got there he greeted me and went straight to work, the diagnosis was correct, he agreed and went straight to work replacing my serpentine belt. He had me up and running in no time, cost was very good for the convenience of having a mechanic come to my location.
